FedEx suspended or limited ground services in over 6,200 ZIP codes and express services in more than 3,300, particularly affecting states like Illinois and Ohio. UPS will suspend services in over 2,700 ZIP codes and has disrupted operations at its Louisville hub. The Postal Service warns of impacts on delivery in 11 states and advises customers to expect delays. Refunds for delayed shipments are not available under FedEx’s policy.
