1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UniEx website (the “Portal”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.

2. Use of the Portal

 

• • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Portal.

• • Account Registration: To access certain features of the Portal, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• • Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for any content, including business listings, reviews, comments, or other information, that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Portal (“User Content”).

• • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to resell or make commercial use of the Portal or its contents.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 

• • As-Is Basis: The Portal is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

• • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniEx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

8. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time. To delete your account, navigate to the profile page within the app and select the “Delete Account” option. Upon selecting this option, you will be prompted to confirm your decision to permanently delete your account. Once confirmed, your account, along with all associated data, will be permanently removed from our system. 9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Singapore.

10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
