The company electrified 24% of its global Ground Support Equipment (GSE) fleet and set ambitious environmental goals, including zero waste to landfill by 2026. Menzies also improved workforce diversity and safety, achieving a 25% female representation in senior leadership and a notable reduction in workplace injuries.
