This acquisition adds 21 fulfillment centers to Stord’s network, expanding its capabilities in e-commerce fulfillment. Ware2Go, established in 2018, specializes in asset-light fulfillment services for diverse industries. CEO Sean Henry highlighted the strategic nature of this move, aiming to enhance their operational footprint amid changing global trade dynamics. The deal follows Stord’s recent $200 million funding round, although acquisition terms remain undisclosed.
