Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has quickly expanded into air cargo, growing its fleet from zero to five aircraft in just 21 months since launching MSC Air Cargo in October 2022. To support its growth and complex operations, MSC partnered with IBS Software to implement the iCargo platform, which facilitated a rapid deployment and addressed inefficiencies in its manual processes. With a flexible cargo management system in place, MSC plans to enhance its services and operations, including new offerings like Road Feeder Services and Pharma Products, while avoiding the limitations of outdated technologies.
