World Fuel Services, a Miami-based company, and DHL Express have formed a commercial agreement to deliver blended sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to Miami International Airport, marking one of Florida’s first regular SAF deliveries. Over two years, World Fuel will supply around 60 million gallons of SAF, sourced from used cooking oil and food waste, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional jet fuel. This partnership aligns with DHL’s sustainability goals and supports customers seeking to lower their carbon footprint through the GoGreenPlus service.
