Stellantis is investing $388 million to establish a new automotive parts “Megahub” in Van Buren Township, Metro Detroit, expected to be operational by 2027. This facility aims to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of Stellantis’ service parts distribution network as part of a broader strategy to modernize its operations. The Megahub will consolidate existing distribution centers and employ 488 UAW-represented workers. It will feature advanced “AutoStore” technology for automated parts handling, reflecting Stellantis’ commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
