SharkNinja plans to shift nearly all its household appliance manufacturing from China to Southeast Asia by the end of 2025 to mitigate U.S. tariffs that have increased costs and supply chain uncertainties. CEO Mark Barrocas stated that the company has already moved about 90% of its U.S. volume outside of China and has implemented cost-cutting measures through supplier negotiations and product modifications. Additionally, SharkNinja is strategically raising prices to enhance profitability, although tariffs have still resulted in significant financial losses for the company.
