Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has appointed Eduard Molkenboer as the new head of cargo, starting on 5 August 2025, succeeding Joost van Doesburg. Molkenboer brings 35 years of experience, including 18 in logistics, having worked with DHL Supply Chain and DHL Express, and recently served as CEO of CleanLease. His leadership will support Schiphol’s cargo strategy focused on optimizing capacity and enhancing partnerships. He will also oversee operations at Maastricht Aachen Airport, where Schiphol holds a 40% stake, and manage Cargonaut, the airport’s cargo community platform.
