Red Bull has initiated the construction of a $1.7 billion manufacturing and distribution facility in Concord, North Carolina, after a four-year delay. Collaborating with Ball Corporation and Rauch Fruchtsäfte, this site will be the companies’ second U.S. plant, intended to satisfy local demand. Spanning 2.36 million square feet, it will produce up to 3 billion cans annually, starting operations in 2028 and creating 700 jobs. This facility aims to complement Red Bull’s Arizona plant, amid growing competition in the energy drink market projected to reach $125 billion by 2030.
