This initiative supports the carrier’s digitalisation goals by promoting self-service and reducing manual processes. Mark Drusch, Chief Officer Cargo, emphasized the app’s convenience and efficiency, making it easier for freight forwarders, shippers, and consignees to manage their shipping needs with features like live updates and 24/7 support.
