Neste has partnered with Amazon to supply 7,500 tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for Amazon Air operations at San Francisco and Ontario International Airports until the end of 2025. This agreement makes Amazon the first to use SAF at Ontario, contributing to its goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. Neste’s SAF, which significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions, is delivered via pipeline and trucks powered by renewable diesel. Neste’s annual SAF production capacity is currently 1.5 million tonnes, expected to increase to 2.2 million tonnes by 2027.
