This automation reduces manual data entry, enhances efficiency, and lowers error rates in bookings. The airline’s sales teams can focus more on customer interactions, while plans are underway to extend this automated process to other product groups. The company has also been actively pursuing additional automation projects to further drive digitalization in the air freight industry.
