JAS, a logistics firm from Atlanta, signed a Share Purchase Agreement on July 27 to acquire Pentagon Freight Services, a UK-based logistics company, with the deal expected to finalize in the second half of 2025, subject to regulatory approval. The acquisition, endorsed by JAS CEO Marco Rebuffi and Pentagon CEO Ashley Taylor, aims to enhance JAS’s offerings in the oil, gas, marine, construction, and energy sectors. Pentagon, with over 1,200 employees and 65 global offices, specializes in freight forwarding and project logistics, aligning with JAS’s goal of providing tailored logistics solutions across various industries.
