Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) recently celebrated its terminal tenants’ contributions to reducing carbon emissions at the Green Terminal Pact (GTP) Awards. Launched in 2024, the GTP encourages sustainability through a Performance Reward Scheme aimed at lowering energy use and enhancing recycling. Four tenants received “Excellent” ratings, while three were rated “Good” and eight “Satisfactory.” Hactl’s Chief Executive praised their dedication, noting significant reductions in electricity consumption. The awards reflect Hactl’s commitment to sustainability and collaboration, supporting the airport’s carbon neutrality goals and fostering a green culture among tenants.
