Guitar Center is enhancing its inventory management by adopting Relex Solutions’ forecasting and replenishment tools to optimize store replenishment and reduce stock issues ahead of the holiday season. VP Matt Tull noted that previous tools were inflexible, complicating adjustments during economic challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The retailer plans to implement the new system quickly, starting with less critical areas and gradually expanding. Guitar Center operates over 300 stores and four distribution centers across the U.S., aiming for improved supply chain efficiency.
