Goodyear has appointed Don Metzelaar as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain, effective January 9. In this role, he will manage the company’s global operations, including manufacturing and supply chain functions, as well as environmental health and safety. Metzelaar previously served as chief manufacturing officer and global VP at Johnson Controls International and brings over 30 years of experience from roles at Whirlpool, Honeywell, and Motorola. This restructuring follows the separation of global operations and technology, previously overseen by Chris Helsel.
