Cathay has officially opened its new Digital and IT office in Shenzhen at the Qianhai Kerry Centre, enhancing its digital presence in the Chinese Mainland. This strategic move follows the establishment of a Guangzhou IT office and aims to strengthen collaboration within the Greater Bay Area. The 25,000 square foot Shenzhen office, designed for innovation and efficiency, will focus on global system development and tech support, with plans to double its Digital and IT team by 2025. Cathay is committed to investing over HK$100 billion in technology, aiming to lead in aviation innovation and digital transformation.
