The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) has officially launched a vaccine distribution hub in Abu Dhabi, marking a key development in the region’s healthcare infrastructure. Situated in KEZAD and operated by Rafed, this facility aims to enhance vaccine accessibility and build resilient supply chains, supporting the UAE’s vision for global health security. The hub, developed in collaboration with various stakeholders, will manage over 20 vaccines and is designed for scalability. It integrates advanced logistics technologies to ensure efficient delivery, improving public health outcomes across the Middle East and beyond.
