Europorte, a subsidiary of Getlink, has signed an agreement to acquire 67% of Electrofer, a company specializing in rail processing and maintenance in France, through its subsidiary Socorail. This acquisition will enhance Europorte’s infrastructure management capabilities and open new development opportunities. Electrofer, which generates €2.5 million in annual revenue and employs eight people, will continue under the leadership of Raphaël Doutrebente and Anne-Sophie Corvaisier. The acquisition signifies growth and the potential for synergies that will benefit customers.
