Etihad Cargo celebrates two years of operations at Ezhou Huahu Airport, marking a successful partnership with SF Airlines. Since moving to Ezhou in August 2023, it became the first international airline to offer scheduled freighter services, expanding its flights from two to five per week by July 2024 due to rising demand. The airport, Asia’s first dedicated freighter hub, has facilitated over 43,000 tonnes of export and 690 tonnes of import cargo. Both companies aim to enhance logistics solutions and connectivity, supporting the growing cross-border e-commerce between China and the Middle East.
