Avia Solutions Group, the largest ACMI provider globally, has teamed up with DHL Express to cut greenhouse gas emissions from international shipments by utilizing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). This partnership has already led to a 12.61% reduction in GHG emissions related to DHL shipments, equating to 30.6 tonnes from January to April 2025. Both companies emphasize the importance of collaborative efforts in the aviation industry to achieve sustainability goals, with DHL’s GoGreen Plus service playing a crucial role in this initiative, supported by partnerships with major SAF producers.
