Rates from China to Europe and the U.S. dropped, while outbound routes from Hong Kong fell 2.4% week-on-week and 11.6% year-on-year. Rates from Vietnam decreased slightly, but those from India increased. Rates from Europe to China rose, while those to Japan and the U.S. declined. North American rates were mixed.
