Air Charter Service (ACS) has launched its first office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, marking its 39th global location. This expansion comes after the General Authority of Civil Aviation opened the private aviation sector to international charter companies. CEO Justin Bowman emphasized Riyadh’s strategic importance as the political and commercial hub of Saudi Arabia, highlighting the demand for personalized service. Elie Hanna, CEO of ACS Middle East, noted the opportunities presented by the growing film, entertainment, and sports markets. GACA reported a 24% increase in private jet flights in 2024, forecasting the market to reach $2 billion by 2030.
