Dollar Tree has acquired a 1.25-million-square-foot distribution center near Phoenix, Arizona, set to open in spring 2026, enhancing its supply chain in the southwest and creating 400 jobs. Additionally, the company is constructing a new 1 million-square-foot facility in Marietta, Oklahoma, following a tornado that destroyed the previous center, with operations expected to start by 2027. This expansion comes as Dollar Tree reported a 12.3% increase in net sales and opened 106 new stores. The retailer is also addressing tariff impacts under new Chief Supply Chain Officer Roxanne Weng.
