FedEx Corp. has appointed Kawal Preet as executive vice president of Planning, Engineering, and Transformation, starting October 1, 2025. Announced in Memphis, she will report to CEO Raj Subramaniam and join the Executive Committee. Preet, who has been the regional president for Asia Pacific since 2020 and has 28 years of experience at the company, will lead the Transformation Office and manage centralized planning and engineering for network integration. Subramaniam emphasized her expertise and leadership in advancing FedEx’s transformation efforts. A successor for her current role will be named later.
