Jason Berry, currently President of Horizon Air and Executive VP of Cargo at Alaska Air Group, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Alaska Airlines, effective November 3, 2025. He succeeds Constance von Muehlen, who is retiring after 15 years with the airline. Berry will maintain his cargo leadership role during the transition, as Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines work towards a single operating certificate. Berry’s extensive experience in cargo and operations is expected to guide the airline through its growth, especially following the recent acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines.
