Suparna Airlines, based in Shanghai, celebrated the delivery of its first Boeing 777 freighter, registered B-227U, marking a significant addition to its fleet, which now totals 14 aircraft. The delivery occurred on September 24, with the aircraft flying from Everett to Nanjing. Currently, Suparna operates three Boeing 747-400 freighters and ten Boeing 737-800s, and has another 777 freighter on order. Although the delivery is notable as the first new 777 for a Chinese carrier since the U.S.-China tariff war, other Chinese companies have received multiple 777 freighters recently.
