DHL Parcel will resume shipping postal goods from Germany to the USA and Puerto Rico for business customers on September 25, 2025, after a four-week suspension due to new U.S. customs regulations. Business customers must use the “Postal Delivered Duty Paid” service for shipments valued up to $800 and provide accurate customs information. While shipment prices remain unchanged, additional customs fees will apply, except for gifts under $100. The PDDP service, previously limited to certain countries, has been expanded to the USA. DHL has updated its processes to comply with new customs rules.
