Lear Corp. has partnered with Palantir Technologies to implement the “Warp Speed” manufacturing operating system and AI platform across its global operations as part of a five-year agreement. This collaboration aims to enhance efficiency in areas like quality, supply chain, and manufacturing. Lear’s President, Ray Scott, noted that Palantir’s technology is crucial for their “Innovative, Digital, Engineered and Automated” (IDEA) strategy, which has already yielded over $30 million in savings in 2025. Lear, a major automotive supplier, produces seating and electronic systems for various OEMs.
