O’Reilly Automotive has acquired a 560,000-square-foot distribution center in Haslet, Texas, set to begin operations in 2027, which will support 350 stores in the South Central U.S. This expansion addresses distribution capacity issues, particularly in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, where the company opened 105 new stores in the first half of 2025. The new facility will alleviate pressure from existing centers and enhance growth opportunities in the region. Additionally, O’Reilly is nearing completion of another distribution center in Stafford, Virginia, aimed at further supporting its operations.
