DSV has commenced the integration of DB Schenker following its acquisition from Deutsche Bahn in April 2025. The integration, expected to save DKK 9 billion annually by 2028, will begin country by country, with Germany starting in late 2025. Initial cost savings of DKK 0.5 to 0.6 billion are anticipated in 2025, despite total integration costs reaching DKK 11 billion. DSV’s Q2 2025 operating profit was DKK 4.73 billion, aided by Schenker’s contributions. The company aims to complete 50% of the integration by 2026 and 75% by 2027, focusing on optimizing resources and enhancing customer service.
