Etihad Airways marked a historic milestone in July 2025 by achieving the highest number of aircraft deliveries in its 22-year history, receiving five new planes, including its first A321LR and two Boeing 787 Dreamliners. This expansion supports the airline’s goal of carrying 38 million passengers annually by 2030 and enhances its global network capacity. CEO Antonoaldo Neves emphasized the significance of this delivery program for increasing destinations and frequencies. With a fleet now totaling 106 aircraft, Etihad plans to continue its growth with 20 more aircraft expected annually through 2026.
