The New Terminal One at JFK Airport is collaborating with JCM Business Solutions to establish its first Consolidated Receiving and Distribution Centre (CRDC), set to open by the end of 2025. This 83,500-square-foot logistics hub will streamline the handling of deliveries, creating 60 local jobs and enhancing operational efficiency as the terminal opens in phases from 2026. Part of a $19 billion airport transformation, the facility will feature advanced storage options and comply with security protocols, ultimately aiming to improve supply chain management and support sustainable operations. Completion of the terminal is expected by 2030, with 23 gates and a total area of 2.6 million square feet.
