FedEx Corp. announced on July 17, 2025, that Sriram Krishnasamy has resigned from his roles as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer, effective immediately, but will continue as an Executive Advisor until October 31, 2025. This decision follows the completion of key initiatives, including a significant cost reduction of $4 billion. FedEx CEO Raj Subramaniam acknowledged Krishnasamy’s contributions. The Data and Technology organization will now report directly to Subramaniam while a transition plan is developed. Krishnasamy’s departure coincided with an internal investigation, although FedEx stated there is no direct connection.
