Dubai South has launched new multiuser facilities in its Logistics District to enhance regional logistics, covering 215,278 sq. ft. and set for completion in Q1 2026. Located within a freight forwarding zone, these air-conditioned units offer direct access to Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and major road networks. Available in sizes of 2,152 sq. ft. and 3,767 sq. ft., they are designed for SMEs, logistics providers, and e-commerce companies, featuring flexible layouts and on-site amenities. CEO Mohsen Ahmad emphasized the commitment to supporting business growth through innovative infrastructure and strategic connectivity.
