FedEx Express is celebrating World Youth Skills Day 2025 by enhancing skilling programs in India, focusing on “Youth empowerment through AI and digital skills.” Collaborating with nonprofits, FedEx has trained over 1,500 youths in areas like AI, cybersecurity, and supply chain management, blending technical training with essential job skills. Nearly 930 participants have secured jobs across various sectors, with starting salaries ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹30,000. The initiative, emphasizing inclusivity and employability, aims to empower India’s youth for a rapidly evolving economy.
