LATAM Group is enhancing its commitment to South America’s floriculture sector by increasing cargo connectivity to Los Angeles (LAX), a major flower export destination in the U.S. Starting in July, the group will operate up to five weekly cargo flights, marking a 66% capacity increase. This includes boosting Quito-Los Angeles flights from three to four weekly and launching a new route from Bogotá. This expansion provides Colombian and Ecuadorian flower growers with greater access to the U.S. market, reinforcing LATAM’s dedication to the region and its leadership in transporting South American flowers.
