Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), part of SATS, has attained Cargo iQ certification for its air cargo operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. This accreditation includes around 50 major airport stations in multiple countries. Supported by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Cargo iQ aims to establish quality standards in the air cargo industry through standardized shipment processes. WFS’s certification enhances service quality and allows real-time monitoring of operations, ensuring adherence to customer service level agreements across its extensive network.
