Air India has redirected multiple flights bound for the U.S., North America, and Europe due to escalating conflict between Israel and Iran, resulting in airspace closures in the region. Iran, followed by Jordan and Iraq, initiated these closures. IndiGo has also warned of possible delays and cancellations on affected routes. Other airlines, including Emirates and Lufthansa, have suspended operations to and from impacted areas. Airlines are rerouting flights to avoid Iranian airspace, opting for paths through the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
