Cargolux and AIT Worldwide Logistics have partnered with Microsoft to establish their largest Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) deal, aiming to transport Microsoft server racks. This initiative is projected to save 66,000 tonnes of CO2e from 2025 to 2027. The SAF, sourced from used cooking oil and tallow, adheres to ethical standards and is integrated into Cargolux’s fuel inventory in Houston. The partnership promotes transparency and accountability in sustainable aviation, with both companies committed to reducing emissions and fostering future collaborations in the transport sector.
