Photoneo specializes in robotic vision sensors and software, utilizing patented technology for superior speed and accuracy. Zebra aims to enhance its offerings by integrating Photoneo’s solutions with its advanced sensors and AI processing, benefiting key markets like automotive and logistics. Post-acquisition, the company will be renamed Brightpick and focus on AI-driven warehouse automation, with plans to accelerate robot deployment in the U.S. and Europe. The deal is expected to finalize in Q1 2025.
