WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC), the developer of CargoWise logistics software, has agreed to acquire ImpexDocs, a provider of Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions that streamline international trade workflows. Based in Sydney and acquired from Acme Trade Group, the deal awaits regulatory approval. Founded in 2003, ImpexDocs offers a digital platform for managing international trade processes, and its functionalities will integrate into WiseTech’s existing products. Both companies’ leadership remains unchanged, with WiseTech’s CEO emphasizing the acquisition’s role in enhancing their digital documentation capabilities.
