Happy Returns has enhanced its East Coast returns hub in Pennsylvania by integrating Geek+ robotics, significantly reducing processing times. The facility now uses 150 robots for sorting returns, which has improved accuracy and decreased product loss within the first month of operation. The time taken to ship items back to retailers has dropped by 35%, benefiting nearly 1,000 brands. Despite a general decline in robotics investment in North America, Happy Returns is investing in automation to accommodate anticipated growth as a UPS company, aiming to double its volume and revenue in 2024.
