United Cargo, the air cargo division of United Airlines, has launched a new freight facility at Cheddi Jagan International Airport in Georgetown, Guyana. This location, which is import-only, accepts various cargo products including General Air Freight and Express services. United Cargo leverages the belly cargo space of its passenger fleet, which consists of over 900 aircraft, including models like the Boeing 737, 767, 777, and 787. Earlier in April, the airline also opened a new 165,000-square-foot cargo facility at Newark Liberty International Airport.
