In November, the services sector continued to grow for the fifth month in a row, with a Services PMI of 52.1, down 3.9% from October’s 56.0. While 14 sectors reported growth, including healthcare and retail, three sectors, such as mining and real estate, experienced contraction. Key subindexes showed declines in business activity, new orders, and employment, indicating slower growth rates. Inventory levels dropped significantly, attributed to companies preparing for potential disruptions. Overall, the services economy is expected to remain in a slow-to-moderate growth phase.
