ECS Group’s subsidiary, Globe Air Cargo India, has been appointed as the GSSA for Thai Airways in Bangalore and Cochin, effective September 1, 2024. This partnership aims to enhance Thai Airways’ operational capacity in India, facilitating access to key markets in the Far East, Europe, and Australia. Globe Air Cargo India will manage daily A350-900 flights from Bangalore and expanded operations from Cochin, significantly boosting Thai Airways’ cargo network. The collaboration focuses on improving logistics for commodities like pharmaceuticals and automotive parts, marking a pivotal milestone for both companies in India’s cargo sector.
