Swissport International has appointed Detlef Trefzger as a Non-Executive Director on its Board. Trefzger, who was the CEO of Kuehne+Nagel from 2013 to 2022, led the company to become the world’s largest transport and logistics provider and was pivotal in advancing technology and sustainability within the industry. He has also held senior roles at DB Schenker AG and currently serves on several boards, including easyJet and PSA International. Swissport’s Chairman, David Siegel, expressed confidence that Trefzger’s expertise will significantly benefit the company’s global expansion efforts.
