Jettainer has appointed Steffen Fessler as Head of Cool ULD, where he will oversee the operations and development of the cool&fly ULD management service. This service provides airlines with comprehensive management of temperature-sensitive containers, minimizing risks and costs, and Jettainer manages around 12,000 cool ULDs annually. Fessler previously worked at Lufthansa Industry Solutions and Puren, gaining valuable logistics and IT experience. CEO Jan-Wilhelm Breithaupt noted that Fessler’s background makes him well-suited to enhance the company’s cool ULD management services. Fessler holds a master’s degree in Global Management & Governance.
