Rates from Africa also saw a 12% weekly increase, driven by traffic to Europe, while European rates rose to $2.93 per kilo. Notably, volumes from North America rebounded by 14% post-Thanksgiving, contributing to price hikes in various markets, particularly from Southeast Asia to Europe, with significant year-over-year increases.
